Application information
The ball-and-socket joint plate DW15 D.75 is used as a tie rod for closing the Grip column formwork.
Once the two grip units and the clamping device of the Grip column formwork have been mounted, the clamping device simply has to be swung in and clamped with the ball-and-socket plate for the closing operation.
The two wings of the nut make it very easy to operate the ball-and-socket joint plate with a hammer. After the concreting process, the clamped ball-and-socket joint plate can be released just as easily with a hammer blow to open the column formwork.
Assembly on DW15 tie rods is carried out by inserting a DW15 tie rod through the clamping point opening provided for this purpose. The tie rod must then be fixed on both sides with the ball-and-socket joint plate. The ball-and-socket joint plate DW15 D.75 is screwed onto the tie rod through the nut with DW15 thread until the bearing plate rests on the panel frame.
