Measuring 25 x 25 x 150 cm, together with the modular inside corner posts it forms the inside corner panels with a formwork height of 1.25 m. The modular dismantling inside corner post is made of a high-strength flat steel frame with a steel facing.

Information on use

The modular dismantling inside corner post 25 x 25 x 150 cm from PASCHAL allows the inside formwork to be completely dismantled and relocated without having to take the individual panels apart.

The modular dismantling inside corner post 25 x 25 x 150 cm can be used like the normal inside corner post and connected to the formwork panels using keybolts. If a plastic filler piece with a width of 2 cm or 4 cm is positioned next to the inside corner, the 5-pin keybolt is to be used.

How does dismantling work?

The moveable side parts are shifted when the DW screw is turned. It can be turned with a screwdriver, hammer tip or other bar.

Upon turning, the inside formwork is fully released from the concrete core and can be completely repositioned for the next phase. This ensures huge time savings since the formwork does not have to be taken apart for dismantling.

To use tie rod holes even when extended, the modular dismantling inside corner post 25 x 25 x 150 cm has two corrugations at the height.

The integrated connecting screws enable the dismantling inside corner post to be extended to the required height simply and quickly without the need for laborious conversions.
